Mothering sunday 1
We made cards to say thank you to the people who love and care for us. We appreciate everything that our Mother's and Grandmother's do for us.

Big Bandage Day

A very big well done to Nursery who sang and danced as part of our Nativity. I am sure you will agree that they made perfect little snowflakes.

Thank you for your support in providing costumes for your child to wear.

'Bags for Brummies'

We are looking forward to helping the homeless this Christmas and have been thinking about items we could pack to help somebody in need.

Please could you send your child in with one of the following items on Friday 1st December.

Hats     Gloves    Warm Clothes     Food Vouchers

Sleeping Bag    Toilteries    Sports Water Bottle

Creating our very own womery

Nursery have made their own wormery to observe the life of worms and how they turn waste into compost.

 Snowflakes

This year for our Christmas performance Nursery will be dressing up as snowflakes, it would be greatly appreciated if costumes could be found and sourced from home for the performance. All costumes will need to be brought in the Wednesday before the performance (6th December) so that we have all of them ready for the dress rehearsals and final show. If you have any questions, please see Miss Coleman.

Children in Need Day

Spotacular day!

Well done to all the children for making such an effort to dress in spots on Friday. We raised lots of money for Children in Need. Nursery completed lots of 'spotty' activities throughout the morning.

In the afternoon we all had a fantastic time watching and taking part in 'St Rose does The Voice'!
A BIG well done to Cheska and Rico in Nursery who sang in front of the whole school. You were both fantastic and did us PROUD!

Cheska came 1st place, becoming The Voice of St Rose!

She sang a fantastic version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, just like the star she is.

A big thank you to all who completed their half term holiday homework, and brought in an autumnal vegetable to enhance our learning this week. We have enjoyed exploring the vegetables using our senses to feel and smell them and to observe how they look on both the outside and inside.

We made a delicious leek and potato soup and will be making a very tasty treat of Pumpkin pie the following week.
