Joe Wicks (The Body Coach) will be streaming a live PE workout for children of all ages at 9am every morning on his YouTube channel. You just need to subscribe to his channel. Please follow the link.
Strictly Come Dancing's Oti Mabuse will be streaming live dance classes - 11.30am (Monday-Friday) for children, 7.30pm (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) for adults. You just need to go onto facebook and search 'Oti Mabuse'.
Cosmic Kids Yoga has a huge number of YouTube children's yoga videos often linked to stories or films, e.g. The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Moana. The children really enjoy yoga at school.
Go Noodle has a huge range of videos to get children moving, from workouts, to dance routines. The children will really enjoy them!
PE Hub has a 'free content' section on its website. You can access lesson plans/activity ideas/challenges for each year group.

 

Virtual Wellbeing: Keeping Active at Home - It is vitally important for your mental health and general wellbeing to keep active, even in isolation! The Active Wellbeing society are live streaming all sorts of activities on their facebook page - search 'The Active Wellbeing Society'. Please click on the picture link for more information and take a look at the time table below.
