Friday 5th March

FRIDAY 5TH MARCH

DAILY REGISTER

GOOD MORNING FROM ME!

Wahoo... Happy Friday Year 5!

Well, you did it... you made it to the final day of home learning.  I am so proud of you all and cannot wait for you to come into school on Monday.  Congratulations to all of you for working so hard!

Today, as always, is test day so please watch the final spellings video and upload your spellings to your files or the blog.  Then complete the Big Maths test.  All of this needs to be done by 3pm!

As your final day of home learning, you'll complete the work on shape, your writing on your Wizard school and will read chapter 7 of Stitch Head.

Please, please, please... make sure you ALL read ALL of the chapters of Stitch Head as you WILL need this for next week and everyone has had plenty of time!

Have a great weekend and I will see you all at 8.45am on Monday.

TIME FOR YOU

Well done, you've reached the end of the day. Congratulations for finishing your work.

Now it's time to relax, grab yourself a drink and listen to the next chapter of Piers Torday's book,
'The Last Wild' : Chapter 18

SEE YOU ON MONDAY!

Have a great weekend Year 5 and I look forward to seeing you at 8.45am at our normal gate.

Don't forget:

  • Bring any work that you have been doing at home that has not been submitted to me,
  • Read ALL of the chapters provided for Stitch Head as you will need to know the story for our English lessons,
  • Bring your reading book and reading diary so that these can be changed - EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE FINISHED THEIR BOOKS AFTER 11 WEEKS OF BEING AWAY FROM SCHOOL,
  • Only bring in a healthy snack for break time.

See you Monday!
