A Message from Miss Murphy...
Good Morning Year One! How are you all today? It's Friday today and our last day of learning at home- hurrah! On Monday we will all finally be back together in class once more and I am so excited! I am in a great mood today because England got through to the Euro Final- this is the first time they have got this far since 1966. I hope all of you will be watching the game at home on Sunday and cheering the team on! I am so proud of you all for working hard at home and it has been such a pleasure to see your work over the blogs this week. It will be so lovely to spend our last few days together in class before you can all break up for the Summer Holidays and have a well- deserved rest.
For your final day of learning this week you will be learning about measuring Volume in Maths, read a story all about cleaning a classroom in English and then you have your Spelling and Big Maths tests to complete. Make sure you check our our Star of The Week assembly PPT too to find our who our superstar is! I have also added some football colouring, flags and bunting that you can do at home . You could even decorate your house with the bunting and your creations- it would be great if we could all get in the England spirit and get behind the boys!
Have a fantastic Friday Year One and a wonderful weekend! I can't wait to see you all on Friday. COME ON ENGLAND!
