This is a place for relaxation and meditation. Every few days, I will upload links and activities to help you meditate and reach your ultimate relaxation goal.
It is very important to take some time out for you. Therefore, I think this is a beneficial and crucial activity to take time out of your day for. You can start you day with a meditation, to help you set your focus and think about what you out out of the day. Or, you could do it before you go to bed, to help you drift off into a peaceful sleep.
However you use these meditations, make them purposeful and enjoyable.
