Maths

This week’s focus is on understanding that numbers tell us how many objects are in a set. The main thing to guide your child towards today is that the last number they say when counting is the total amount.

Understanding the world

Look through the Powerpoint together and discuss what you read. Then sort the images into what humans need to grow. You might prefer to take photos or draw things in your home that humans need to grow. E.g. shelter, water, food and things that keep us warm.
