**New paper learning packs for this week are available to collect from the office**
Please try and post on the class blog at least once a week, if not more, so I can see how the children are doing. It means I can write the children a little message to encourage them. You will need your BGfL log in details for this.
If you need any support or have any queries please email stroseN@olstrose.bham.sch.uk
You can remind yourself of the story of Little Red Riding Hood with one of the resources below
- Make your own Little Red Riding Hood puppets or a small world version of the story in a shoe box.
- Re-read the story together and then act it out using the puppets you made.
Fill a washing up bowl with water. You could add bubbles to make it more fun! Then take some different containers and experiment with filling them with water. You might like to use language like full, empty, capacity, least water and most water. You could discuss how you will know when it is half-full, full or empty.
This lesson is all about what happens at a baptism. Look through the powerpoint and discuss what you see. You might have items such as your baptism candle at home to look at together.
Task – Act out a baptism with a doll or teddy.
I have added a link to cbeebies radio. These episodes feature stories for your children to listen to while they play or do creative activities.
