A Message from Miss Murphy....
Hello Year One- how are you today? I hope you all had a great day of learning yesterday and enjoyed your first day of Mental Health Week. I so enjoyed seeing and responding to all your fantastic blog posts so keep it up-well done for all you hard work, as always!
Tomorrow I will be making phone calls to some of you in the class just to check you are alright so make sure your parents keep their phone handy and close by. It will come up as an unknown caller ID on the call so make sure your parents do pick it up, where possible.
This morning we are estimating different lengths in Maths, we will be learning all about The Circus in our Reading for English and we are investigating different objects and their materials in Science. Don't forget to wind down your day with our daily Guided Meditations to celebrate Mental Health Week- they are super relaxing and fun! Make sure you check out the free resources and activities in the 'Extra' section of this page too.
Have a fantastic day Year One!
