A Message from Miss Murphy...
Good Morning Year One and welcome to another Wonderful Wednesday! We are now in the middle of the week and halfway to Half Term- we are so nearly there Year One! Thank you to all of you for continuing to post on the blog every day- I am so impressed with all your learning and keep working hard so we can finish the week of on a high! I hope you all enjoyed the live lessons and assemblies yesterday for E Safety Day- today is the last day you can find the resources in the Extra Section so make sure you check them out if you haven't already.
For today's lessons, we begin learning about Quarters of Shapes in Maths, you will be writing your own version of Bob's Bubble in English with new characters and you will be learning all about Africa in Geography. Have a great day Year One and keep up the great work!

Big Maths
Beat That and CLIC Tests
Please click on the PDF below and find the Beat That and CLIC Tests with your name on.( There should be 2 tests each.) Please print, practise and complete at home each day Monday- Thursday. You can then do your final online test on Friday morning. Please do NOT do your online test until FRIDAY MORNING so I can then see the final test results for everyone after you have practised. Your online Big Maths test should be your final test score and should be done at the end of the week.

Daily Mile- Get Moving!
This is your daily reminder to have a break from your work and to keep healthy and active! You need your exercise so make sure you now run around your garden for 15 minutes or go on a 30 minute walk.

Extra/ Challenge
Tuesday 9th February is E Safety Day. Therefore I will be giving you lots of different resources to do with E Safety Day and staying safe online this week. There is so much to do so get involved if you can. When we are working so much from home and using computers safety online is more important then ever.
