Class Wish Luminaries
Year 5 Class Wish Award
Each half term, as a class, we will nominate someone who we believe has fulfilled our class wish and they will be given the 'Class Wish Award'.
The children worked really hard, thinking of different ideas for our class wish. There were so many wonderful things that they wanted for this year, so we combined them all to create our wish for 2024 - 2025.
"To celebrate and respect each other as individuals made by God and value everyone's contributions to the team."
Spring 1 Class Wish Luminary - Jacob
We have chosen Jacob as our class wish luminary, as we believe he is the perfect example of someone who allows our class wish to shine in everything they do. Jacob is a very kind and caring member of our class, who always shows his support to others when they succeed. He has impeccable manners, not only towards his friends but also to the adults around the school. Jacob has a fantastic attitude towards his learning and, even when he is finding something hard, he never gives us. We are very proud of Jacob and are delighted to award him with the class wish luminary for this half term.
Autumn 2 Class Wish Luminary - Riley
This half term, we have chosen Riley as our Class Wish Luminary. He is a kind and caring member of our class and he always looks to celebrate his classmate's achievements. He helps them if they are stuck so that they can reach their goals as well as working hard to meet his own. We are very lucky to have Riley in our class as he is a wonderful team member. Well done, Riley. We are really proud of you.
Autumn 1 Class Wish Luminary - Ezamay
When we thought about our class wish luminary, Ezamay came to mind straight away. Over this past half term, we have recognised how caring and considerate Ezamay is and her positive attitude is a joy to behold. She has already been a fantastic learning partner for those around her and, because this positive attitude is seen through her work, she is an excellent role model to the rest of the class. Ezamay truly embodies our class wish and we are incredibly proud of her. Well done Ezamay.
