At our school, we encourage children to build good learning habits at home. Each week night, pupils should:

• Read for at least 10 minutes and record this on BoomReader.

• Practise their spellings to help them grow in confidence with writing and to prepare them for their spelling test on a Friday.

• Spend 15 minutes on NumBots to develop quick and accurate number skills.
