A Brew, Book and a Bake
In Spring 2, we had World Book Week as our reading for pleasure event. During this week, we had many different events in school, all to do with Reading, which children and parents could get involved in. We had A Book, A Brew and A Bake, where children could come in with their families, have a warm drink and some scrummy cakes and snuggle up with a good book.
You can see photos below of the fantastic events and activities we had in our World Book Week and we wish to thank all of the children and parents for their support. It was so wonderful to see so many of our families immersed in Reading and enjoying Reading for pleasure and enjoyment, which is so important.
