- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure all learners succeed.

Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher with a passion for teaching and learning.
- Experienced in working with diverse pupil groups, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Committed to high standards of teaching and pupil achievement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
- A strong understanding of the curriculum and innovative teaching practises.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is defined as:
