Class teacher

Your child’s teacher will be on the gate to welcome the children in the morning and will release the children to you at the end of the day. If you have a quick message to pass on at these times that is fine. However, if a longer conversation is required, please fill in a form in the office as it is really important that we are able to concentrate on welcoming and dismissing the children to keep everyone safe. 

Class page

The class pages on our school website are a fantastic resource for both you and your child. On the page you will be able to see what we are learning at school, photo updates and a number of useful links to support your child’s learning at home. You will also find any important information and key dates. Please visit our school website by typing in the following: www.olstrose.bham.sch.uk. To access the Reception class page, click on the ‘Life of the School’ tab on the left-hand side and scroll down to ‘Class Pages - 2021-22’. This button will then take you to a page where you can select ‘Reception’.

Newsletter

Each half term your child will receive a newsletter that will let you know what has been happening at St. Rose and what is coming up. These are also available on the school webpage.
